Where we see patients
The private wings of Charing Cross, Hammersmith and St Mary's Hospitals in West and Central London; your confirmation tells you where your appointment is. NHS appointments are arranged through your GP via the usual referral route, not through the practice. See the map below for details.
Consultation options
As a rule, new assessments are in person, so that examination and point-of-care ultrasound can happen in the same visit. Video and telephone consultations are offered for follow-ups and for discussing results, where appropriate, at the same fee.
Languages and access
Consultations are available in English, Russian and Ukrainian. If you need an interpreter for another language, or have a disability or an access need, tell us when you book; section 3 of our terms and conditions explains.
WhatsApp enquiries
Message us on WhatsApp for appointment and administrative enquiries. WhatsApp is not monitored for urgent or clinical matters, so please do not send clinical information that way.
