Dr Borukhson welcomes referrals for the full range of rheumatological and musculoskeletal conditions, including patients who would benefit from one-stop ultrasound assessment and guided injection.
To refer a patient, please send a referral letter with relevant history, medications and any recent investigations to the practice. Patients can also self-refer where appropriate.
Electronic referrals are strongly preferred. If post is unavoidable, letters can be sent to our registered office at Rex Buildings, Alderley Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 1HY, though this may add a short delay.
